RODDY HAYES BUILDERS

My impression of Roddy Hayes is that he is good at problem solving. The quoted price that I paid included all the building materials, wall studs, sheet rock, electrical wiring and supplies, primer, etc, and carrying the materials and tools upstairs to the second floor. I purchased the overhead light we had picked out, and the laminate flooring from Lowes. Mr Hayes communicated with me on a day to day basis regarding my preferences on items such as placement of electrical outlets and the overhead light to smaller items such as the width of the window sill, and type of threshold. I had an old door from the original house that I asked Mr. Hayes to use as the closet door. He cut down the door to size and shaped it to fit. The construction team had 3 workers with Mr. Hayes the main contractor. He was there at all times. The past year before this construction, I have had a problem with water leaking in the roof around the furnace vent pipe. One of the workers went up on the roof and repaired this leak, included in the price. I also had a sodium exterior light that I wanted to have mounted on the outside wall. This was also wired and mounted, included in the price. I feel like the price paid was fair, considering the fact that the building materials were included, and that 3 construction workers were here for a period of 2 weeks. They also repaired a roof leak, for which I previously had another contractor out twice to repair unsuccessfully. Mr. Hayes is a problem solver and a good communicator.
