Water Heater Service, Plumbing
The worker did not show up as scheduled. I called Randy, the owner, and left a message. He called back a few minutes later and said someone would arrive within 30 minutes. The owner's brother showed up within 30 minutes with another worker just as Randy had said, but when he arrived, he was noticeably inebriated. They fixed the leak, but the next day it began leaking again. I was so uncomfortable having them in the house that I didn't even bother telling him I needed more work done. I just wanted them out of the house.
