I love going in the store;they've always got good stuff on clearance, driving the amount of money I spend up a bit! Their commitment to customer service is clear, in many different ways, and the picture quality is excellent. I've seen some crummy picture developing from other places around town, so I never stray. Although it's billed as a one-hour store, occasionally they're backed up (an occasional wait in line is one downside of this store), and they're not able to honor that timeframe. However, when that is the case, they always estimate well and tell you up front how long it will truly be, saving time and frustration on the customer's part.
