Roger and his team were great! We needed some wood flooring replaced due to some water damage. They were very communicative, friendly and reliable. The work was as performed promptly and to a high standard, would highly recommend and will be using them again if the need arises!

Showed up on time. Did what they saiid they would. Showed me what they had encountered and gave me exclamations before doing unanticipated work.

Roger and his crew did a great job reinstalling and repairing our bannisters. They were pleasant to work with and very professional.

It was very collaborative, several options and costs were discussed. When I asked for mods half way through, they accommodated. Best of all the charge was exactly as estimated.

Had the soffits replaced in 7 corners and needed to replace the gutters. Crew did an outstanding job! Good value and very thorough.

Clearly their philosphy is to do quality work without hurrying, that said, they completed the work including a couple of added items when they said they would.

We had an excellent experience with Restoration, Repairs and Remodeling. Our back steps were rotting terribly and needed to be fully replaced. Roger and the team came out to give us a quote the same day we contacted them, and were available to start the job within a few days. The finished stairs look and feel fantastic. The best detail: They were able to remove some iron detailing from the original stairs and incorporate it into the new stairs in a creative and beautiful way. Roger and the team were friendly, thoughtful, and went the extra mile. They took me with them to the store to look at stain colors to be sure that we got the one that we would be most happy with -- instead of just looking at the squares on the brochure. I am looking around our house to see what other restoration projects we could hire this team to help us with!

Exterior house columns were repaired. Custom repair is better than original.

They are experts at what they do. They will complete jobs as expected both well done and as scheduled. They will do what they say they will do keeping within the contract price.

The team did an excellent job replacing deck boards, power washing and staining the deck. It looks brand new. Everyone was very professional and really took pride in the work they were doing. I highly recommend !
