Greg Wilson is an Army veteran who taught construction engineering for 5 years in a high school trades and technology program before moving to Durham. A Licensed home inspector since 2022, Greg launched Reliable Residence Inspections to focus on homeowner education. A home is typically the largest purchase a family makes - you deserve to understand how it works. That's why Greg is committed to taking extra time to answer any and all questions you may have about your new home and its systems. With the homeowner education package, Reliable Residence Inspections will come back and do a walk through of your home's systems, after you've moved in and had a chance to familiarize yourself with your home. Closing on a house is a complicated time, and one where you're not well primed to memorize every single feature of an unfamiliar home.
