Real Lawn Care

I pay $250 per month and the mowing is a part of the service. I like their price and quality work. The people are excellent and I have no problems.

Real Pro. Does what he says and fixed my attempts at landscaping.

Florentino came recommended from a neighbor so I'd seen the work done before. His crew of 4 (including himself) did fast work on removing 4 trees for us. The cost was less than half of an estimate made by a professional arborist company, and was of comparable quality in my opinion.
We wanted to keep the wood for future firewood use and his crew cut the tree trunks into appropriate lengths. We have to move the wood ourselves but for the price (less than $200 per tree) it was a great deal.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future yard or tree work.

Real Lawn Care cleaned everything nicely and did a good job. Their prices are reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves excellently. They came right on time.

We have neighbors that use Real Lawn Care so I've seen how much care they take in their work.  I don't think they have a website or anything so I went to the neighbor to get contact info for Florentino Cornejo.  It took a couple days to return my email, but once contact was made, Florentino came out to give an estimate for pruning trees and many shrubs, cleaning up the landscape, and spreading 13 cu yards of mulch.  He and his crew came out the next day (Saturday) to get started.  Let me just say the landscape has never looked better.  A Japanese Maple in particular has outgrown its area and two other companies could not tell me how to solve the top-heavy problem while retaining its shape.  Florentino just did it.  He seems to have an eye for shaping.  He did a superb job and we couldn't be happier.  Florentino is an absolute pleasure to work with and the company does a variety of work.  I also have a semi-operative irrigation system that he will repair as soon as the temperatures permit.  Bottom line is we feel we got even more than we paid for and will not hesitate to hire again.
