This company's history reflects a perfect example of going from riches to rags or competence to incompetence. I have often raved over the services of this group, having sent several friends to them for management of their property. At one point, they "cared" about both the tenant and landlord. It is so, so sad to see all of this reversed in the name of greed and the bottom line. When I recently changed tenants again, they nickeled and dimed me into oblivion to get what they could at the expense of all of the years of our relationship. In addition, the welfare of the new tenant simply did not matter as the schedule of turnover simply did not exist and thus even higher charges ensued due to this ineptness. To milk me out of every dollar for this transaction versus working with me to ensure a smooth transition and the maintenance of a long-time client was so sad to see and experience. As a Quality professional for my whole life, I am so well aware of the adage of how very hard it is to keep a customer and how easy it is to lose one. The even sadder thing is that so seldom will that customer ever return once they have experienced this level of disappointment. This group has good competitors and they truly need to keep that in mind. No one company is so important that they can turn, short term, on their customers. I am truly sad to see this happen. My advice to all of you is look around before you sign anything and do not get fooled as I was.
