I have used the services of Christian Hancock for two major projects, a kitchen renovation and a full master bath renovation and a smaller bathroom.  For each of these projects, his workmanship and professionalism have been excellent.  He is conscientious, neat, and careful in his work.  A particular strength that I see in Christian?s work is his communication with me. He lets me know what the steps are and when various parts of the project will be completed.  In addition, he carefully lays out the options for the various aspects of the project and educates me on the pros and cons of each one.  For someone who has
limited knowledge of this type of work, this has been very helpful, assuring me of the decisions we were making in the project. 
I understand why as well as how, leaving me confident in the materials used and the long term maintenance for them.
I am very cautious about the people I have working in my home, and Christian?s ethical workstyle, professionalism, and courtesy are much appreciated.  His work and the people he uses as part of the project have all been credits to this style.   My bathrooms and kitchen have all turned out great.
