Quality Home Inspections

Description of Work: Mr Griggs arrived at my address quite promptly and professionally. He did a very thorough home inspection, inside and out. When he was through, I asked that he walk through the home with me, and explain different aspects of the inspection, why certain things were important, things I needed to keep my eye on, etc. Mr Griggs was more than happy to do this, and was quite patient as I asked him at least a hundred questions about the home. He even recommended a few (small) things that he would do if it were his home, as well as recommended a few contractors who he found trustworthy to work with. He wrote a very thorough and complete report, and took numerous photos. He game me copies of the pictures, plus a copy of the report on the same day that the inspection was done. All in all, a great job!
