The workers of this company do not check their own work as they go along, nor are they well supervised, so the quality of the paint job when initially done is poor. It rests solely on the homeowner's shoulders to go back and check all work, even the most egregious mistakes like old wall paint showing through the new paint (white showing through a deep new color around door frames and other tricky areas), trim lines done poorly, and patchwork that was not sanded properly so the wall appears to have big bubbles under the surface. They also used a flat paint where they were supposed to use semigloss in the bathroom. The painters did come back once to fix SOME of the mistakes but never came back to complete the larger more time consuming mistakes like the sanding and repainting the bathroom. Although the owner of this company made numerous promises to remedy the rest of the issues, he was a no show two of the times scheduled to come back. Our problem was that we paid the balance before getting him to come back and take care of everything. When I called to follow up with the owner on not showing up, he got so belligerent that we decided we did not want him or his workers in our home, so we are hiring another painter to correct the mistakes made.
