About us

We provide thorough and complete detail cleaning service only years of experience can achieve! Your vehicle may not need a complete detailing, but might need some attention to a particular area. I will be glad to discuss these needs with you and gladly give you a free estimate. 15 years of automotive detailing experience will help me to understand what is necessary to provide the service you are looking for. For the exterior, we use Majestic (a Raleigh-based company) commercial grade cleaning supplies. We do a complete machine wax with our full packages. Our full detailing packages include a full compounding of the exterior which will remove any deep scratches, hairline scratches and oxidation. After compounding, we will polish the vehicle to remove any swirl marks and it will leave it with a dark and rich shine. Also with the exterior, we dress and condition all exterior moldings. All car detailing work done on appointment basis. Phone confirmation only!

The supplier never showed up, called or did anything. In discussions with them, they said that they were not doing deals with Angies any longer and would not provide the service

The proprietor of the business also provided the service.  He came to our home promptly and courteously, and performed the service in a timely fashion.  There was difficulty in applying the Groupon, however he gave his word that it would be honored in the future (despite the fact that the expiration date was expiring).  He did have openings for a non-groupon detailing appointment, which afforded the same savings.  I will be calling him soon to see if he can detail another of our cars (using the Groupon price- I'll report how that goes).  Anyway, I was impressed with the attention to detail; and the car looked fabulous after Prince Mobile's service!

WORST car detailing that I have ever had! And they topped it off by hanging up on me when I called to complain. The windows were all smeared in the sun so I couldn't even see. They completely forgot the entire trim of my car. They did a horrible job at vacuuming. Cubbies, door jams, steering wheel, console, interior walls all weren't touched. They cleaned the rungs and RUINED them by leaving too much soap so now they're stiff as a board and STILL not clean. When I came out and saw they forgot the front grill (it's a black car so very easy to tell), instead of cleaning it first he just pulled out a spray wax bottle and used that to clean it do now he's waxed the dirt ONTO my vehicle. It's all bumpy when you run your hand over it. The interior surfaced that WERE done were done half way. In circles, leaving all of the edges unclean. They didnt bother to vacuum the truck OR shampoo the upholstery like I paid for. And then to have the owner treat me that way, was the icing on the cake. Horrible
