Extremely Satisfied! I had to have 3 toilet in my home replaced. I had previously bought the toilets and needed them installed and the old ones taken away. Darryl did excellent work and left my home clean. And the price was very reasonable for the job. Definitely would recommend.

Price Point Plumbing misdiagnosed the plumbing issue we had and what should have been a simple drain clearing ended up costing us over $2000. I was fine with the new water heater they installed, though it turned out not to be the source of the problem. I also thought the initial plumber that came was quite professional. My issue is with the owner of Price Point. (the owner) told us there would be no charge to replace the newly installed water heater secondary to him feeling that the new water heater was perhaps defective and hence the cause for our repeated flooding issue. In the process of replacing the water heater, it was determined though that the likely source of the issue was a clogged drain. He moved forward with replacing the water heater (just in case it was the issue), again stating that there would be no charge for it. When it came time for billing though he charged us for the labor of second replacement of the water heater. He added that we misunderstood him, then he tried to make it out that we (my wife and I) misdiagnosed the issue. Ike was more focused on trying to figure out how to maximize his profits on labor than he was on being honest or providing good customer service. Bad business practice.
