Eight to ten years ago I found them through a referral.  It was the same three or four ladies who came in.  Dora to whom I usually talk to only drops the girls off, she hardly ever comes in.  I got to know the ladies personally.  I used them for quite a while.  If I find out that this is the state of cleaning services at this price point then I would use them again.  If I got to pay another 50% to get one more step up I probably not likely to do it.

We became skeptical when we received no response whatsoever after numerous contact attempts with Ms. Portillo.  After checking around our home,  we observed that a brand new Sony digital camera was missing.  Although we cannot prove who removed the camera, the cleaning crew were the ONLY persons to enter our home from the time the camera was last observed until we discovered it missing.  Another concern is why they refused to return our calls or return to work when there was no prior complaints or concerns from either party.  This led us to believe that guilt was the major factor in this issue. 

It's been almost 2-months since the camera went missing.  Not only the camera, but the entire outfit including case, charger,  instructions, and spare memory card, of which were all together at the time, were never found.  If misplaced, we think at least one of the items would have been discovered.  We had hoped to find the missing camera as it was an expensive birthday gift but it seems the lack of response without cause lead us to beliving what really happened.

At first, we wanted to give Ms. Portilllo a chance to redeem herself by returning for more work. We cannot prove who removed the camera so we neither blame nor accuse Ms. Portillo or her crew for the missing camera. Since she has ignored our every call, we simply would not use her services again.  Her lack of responsiveness and punctuality are two major deciding factors alone.  Her pricing is good for regular cleaning but don't expect a high polish finish.

Ms Portillo was very kind and we enjoyed doing business with her and her crew. The cleaning was not a polish type of cleaning but good and very acceptable for the price she charged. We would have continued to use her on a very regular basis and wanted to add another family member's home to her client list.  However, we set a cleaning schedule of every two weeks and she  didn't show or call on the next apointment date.  My wife tried calling, left messages but no response.  It's been three weeks and she's made any attempt to contact us.  This was very disappointing to us because with just the two of us,  our home remains in a very clean state.. We don't understand why she wouldn't want our business.  If Ms. Portillo would contact us, we would reconsider our decision to use her services again.  We think maybe it's a communication because she doesn't understand English too well.  However, as of this time, we remain disappointed in her lack of communication and punctuality.

They are very good. They are in and out within an hour because they bring a whole team of people. They are very friendly and dependable.
