We were new to the area and our realtor put us in touch with Steve Huber from Pinnacle. He took care of everything for us from a funding perspective. After our wonderful experience with Steve I have had several friends go through a nightmare of a process for funding, and I have come to really appreciate what a wonderful job that Steve did for us!! The name of the person we interact with is Steve Huber. He is a wonderful person. We use his services regularly. We met him about 6 years ago. He has handled our loans. He has handled our son?s loans. I think he handled my daughter?s loan too. He has handled innumerable loans for our clients. Mortgages are unbelievable right now. It is one?s bad luck if one gets an incompetent mortgage person. So we stick to people we know to do all this stuff. He is excellent. We have met his family. He adopted 2 little girls from China about 3 years ago; one was an infant and another was an eight-year-old. He has a daughter who is 8 years old. They also have exchange students from China. They have volunteered for that. They are a perfect host family. The little girl speaks Chinese. He is a great guy. He does all the closings. If there are any last minute glitches, the broker is right there to handle it. Steve is a great guy to work with. He is very, very knowledgeable. I don?t know what his fee is. It varies depending on the value of the mortgage deal. It is included in the price of the project. I think his fee is very reasonable. We have people comparing his prices to others all the time. He is very competitive. We will use him in the future.
