They broke the convection fan trying to remove the oven then asked me to buy a new one and then would charge me again to come out and put the part on that they broke. They also left off a critical piece that lets the heat escape which could have caused a fire. I would not use them again for anything.

I think they did a good job. They were punctual. They did it efficiently. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
