Stay away from this person! She will do and say anything to get her commission. At your expense! Shopping for houses, she ignored what we were looking for and liked, pushing houses that had nothing to do with what we were talking about. By chance we looked at a house we were interested in (One we pointed out to her). Once we made an offer she handed off the deal to others to finish. She displayed little aptitude in the area ("Whats 1% of $400K?"). This complicated communications and served as an excuse for capability. Any of her advice was self serving. She was scatter brained and not organized, forgetting basic documents, and facts. On inspection day, she was rude and basically got in the way of the process by just trying to show she was asserting herself with the inspectors. She focused on random and irrelevant issues ignoring major ones. Exacerbating things, the seller was illegitimate and deceptive. Pam cooperated with the seller and coached him as to what to do.
