I just bought my 2nd vehicle from these guys. Dealing with them is like no other buying experience. You do not have to worry about them taking advantage of you. (Single lady here so I worry.) From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcomed. I have dealt with the big dog, Robert, the medium big dog Mark, McCoy and Ahmad. All were super great guys and worked with me to get what I wanted. Thanks guys!!! I Will NOT deal with anyone else!!!!

They do a very good job. I have an older car that I take in regularly. Their pricing is fair and they've always been straight forward with me for what is urgent and what can wait. They do a free trip check as well as check and balance my tires for me.

I have no problem with Mark Jacobson, that's why I keep going back there. They give wonderful service. All of their employees seem very professional. They get things done quickly. I don't have to set an appointment. I purchased the car there. I had some pretty good experiences where they found something that the other dealers could not. Usually it takes less than an hour. They have WiFi and a rather large waiting area, very pleasant.

They are friendly, clean, nice waiting room. They have always dealt with the issues I have had with my car, unlike other places. The staff communicates very well. It's extremely easy to schedule, they have an online appt scheduler, you can call in appointments. Even if you call in, they can get you in quickly for some minor issues they can get you in within a couple of hours. Even for major issues, they can get you in within a day.

They worked on my car today. It will be complete in about two days, they are not sure if it's the battery or the electrical part of the car. They changed the battery and they just want to make sure that it is the battery; they are going to check it again tomorrow.
They are very reliable is the one thing I like about this service provider.

They are kind of pricey. We dropped the car off in the morning and they were done by afternoon. They are professional. They did exactly what we asked them to do. They left the car very tidy.

It?s where I bought my car. I?m not charged for that. It?s part of the service agreement I have when I brought the car. I had to get a battery changed and a filter and that was a little expensive, but I know how much batteries cost, so I didn?t think that was too bad. I have always been pleased with their work, I mean really and truly.
You get so many years of free oil change and generalized service, the up keep like the tire rotation, the things you have to do with the car. The quality, I?ve always been real pleased with.
This time, it took a little longer than it normally does, because they had to replace a filter. But, I was still out of there pretty good. It was about an hour, hour and a half. I wasn?t there all day. Workers were very professional.

I bought my car there. They're always an 'A.' They're very professional. Because I bought my car there and have been going there so much they did actually install something for me free. I had found an old part on the internet that our dog has ruined on the inside. I found one. They put it in for me, when I was there, getting my air conditioner fixed.
