Ellen was great when it came to the negotiating phase and also good about helping us price the house correctly. But she did not seem to be much of a go-getter while the property was on the market. We saw little evidence of her efforts. More than once we had to call her to let her know the fliers were all gone from the front of our home, and we frequently had to request feedback after showings of the house. She never held an open house or made any recommendations for creative or innovative ways to market our house. Stil, in this market we were pleased to sell after 5 months. We just didn't know how much of that was pure luck, as opposed to having a great realtor.
