Manicures/Nails
They were good. They are very friendly, they are quick and efficient, and they offer alcohol.

Manicures/Nails
Went smoothly but they did not use disposable tools. I was not certain if they had been cleaned. It would be best if they showed some evidence of freshly sterilized tools for each client.

Manicures/Nails
I purchased 2 Groupons for a spa pedicure from Lee Nails, with the intent of using one for myself and giving one away. Time got away from me, so I wasn't able to use it until the day before it expired, and I decided if they were good I would call my friends/mom and have them print out/use the other that evening or the next morning.
When I arrived, check in was slightly confusing (there was no real front desk, but a small kiosk where you can tell they ring up the purchases over on the side)...no one was up front at the time. I actually initially thought I had mistakenly walked in the back door. Someone did arrive shortly and just asked 'coupon?' which I applied in the affirmative - guessing they had been fairly inundated that day due to the expiring Groupons. They pointed to the back, so I picked my color and walked back - someone else pointed to a chair and indicated I should put my feet in the water. There were lots of chairs VERY close together, and most of them were full. I was left to soak for a long time (which I don't necessarily mind as it smelled good in there and the water was a perfect temperature)...but they did leave me long enough that I started wondering if they had forgotten about me or someone had been assigned to me or not. One of the employees did eventually come sit down and start working on my feet...the only question they asked was if I wanted my nails 'short or long'....I replied short....but she never did actually cut them (I had to cut my own nails when I got home). The girl working on me did hurt me several times (which is something that has NEVER happened, and get routine pedicures). I then started worrying because it did not appear that they disinfected the tubs in between clients (there were no liners) and I have no ideas if their tools were properly sterilized (my normal salon opens the sealed tools in front of you...here they had a pile of tools they carried over on a towel).
Time that she actually worked on my feet was pretty short (including a short massage). I stayed for awhile to dry my toes under the UV lights, but left without anyone acknowledging me.
When I got home, I had to redo my own nails (since they hadn't cut them...but I was afraid to ask her to do that as she had already hurt me working on the cuticles and around the nails). Looked like one of my nails on my big toe had also been detached/come up on the side (which is apparently what had hurt) - I had to put on antiseptic ointment and baby my feet /keep an eye on it for the next 2 weeks as I was afraid it would become infected or get ingrown.
Overall, it was not a great experience. Unsure if it would be better if they weren't so busy working on a high volume of Groupon customers, but in my opinion, you sell those to get and impress a new client base, and they had a chance to make a routine customer out of me once they got me in the door. I was unhappy enough that I didn't offer the expiring second/free pedicure to any of my friends/family as I didn't want to be the one recommending there - so it went unused (which was wasted money).
