They gave us the best quote. Just professionalism, honesty. They told us exactly what they were going to do, and the price, and again, friendliness.

What stands out is the credibility. They come and fix it when you need them.

They were pretty good, but they told me I needed a new air return. The only place they were willing to put it was in one of two closets. I said no, I am not getting a return in a closet.

The cost of service was like $150 and they give you two regular services at six months interval for that price. I will use them again.

They take care of my community here. Everyone uses them here, I see them come and go. I was not that impressed especially with the price. They do not fully explain the thermostat. I don't think he was a good mechanic. I think the price was unreasonable.

Very straight forward in explanation of what went wrong. Explained and was noted on my invoice copy that the cost of the capacitor was pricey.

We have been using Lee Air for about ten years.  We bought both of our HVAC units from them.  We chose them because they are trained by Carrier in putting together the carrier HVAC units, which means that their quality should  be higher than those who don't take the formal training.
In the past few years, I have noticed a deterioration in the quality of their service.  From the folks who answer the telephone when I call to the service technicians who come out to service our units twice/year, they always tell me they are new with Lee Air.  They tell me they haven't been trained to work on the Carrier units.
Last fall, we had a problem with the motor on one of the units.  It was under warranty but we still had to pay $200+ for labor to install the motor. The service technician told us it was installed improperly, as was much of the unit.  Which made it difficult for him to service the unit.
Just last week, when the second unit was blowing hot air (instead of cold air), I called and they could not schedule service.  Said they'd put me on a waiting list and will give me 30 minutes notice on when they would be out to fix the unit.  I called on Monday, they arrived Friday late evening.
Ironically, Friday afternoon I gave up on hearing from Lee Air and called a different company who scheduled service for Tuesday morning.
I think, in the future, I am going to give the other company a try instead of Lee Air. They have some pretty good reviews from here....

I called Lee Air on Friday morning on a hot day because my downstairs AC went out.  Steve came out that same afternoon, diagnosed my problem as a burned out fan motor and weak condenser.  At that time he called his supplier and ordered me the correct replacement motor and parts to complete the job.  He was able to take apart my outside unit and go get the new motor and parts and get it back together and working all in the afternoon.  Finding the correct motor to fit was not straightforward because my central air is 15 years old.  However, Steve is a problem solver and worked on the unit until it ran perfectly.  $536 is a lot of money to spend, until you start pricing the replacement cost for a new central air system.  Thank you, Steve.

We have used Lee for about 12 years. We have always been very pleased with services. They are reliable and we trust them. They know our units which makes us have confidence in them. They are honest and have integrity. I would highly recommend Lee air conditioning.
