I called them and they sent Mr. Williams out. He was nice and he came out and he was willing to give me an estimate. It was a good price. I was actually going to use him and he wanted a check for $7,000 so we agreed on it. He was going to come out and do the work but he had a friend that was a heat and AC guy that was 3 hours away and that friend said he was in business with him. I called him to ask what a heat and air guy is doing business with a concrete man. That friend wants to come and drive up here for 3 hours when Mr. Williams is only an hour away. I thought something shady was going on so I decided not to use them. They probably called me 4-5 times trying to get me to use them. The first price they gave me was $33,000 and I told them I couldn’t pay that so we decided to go with $29,000.
