Alysia was very responsive and helpful in figuring out how to get the work done safely since kudzu growth covered electrical line and we needed to coordinate with Duke Energy. Crew was very professional and thorough and walked me through everything they’d done at the end of the job to be certain I was satisfied with their work.

The proposed work was completely outlined with each cost; workers came punctually; work was done on one day; had chance to inspect and comment; great improvement in appearance of landscape.

Quality is good but they are overpriced

They did an in person estimate and scheduled the service within the week. Though I was not able to be there, they performed the work well and followed up providing care instructions to insure best germination.  Work was as promised at a reasonable price with no hassle.

Highly recommended! Good prices, great work, outstanding customer service, and highly ethical business practices. I've been signed up for a biweekly mowing service. My grass type doesn't grow much during the colder months, and I declined to have mulching or another type of grass planted. Their crews noticed this and suggested that mowing might be unnecessary for these months. Instead of continually collecting money from me to perform a very easy service, they kept my best interests in mind, and proactively reached out to suggest that I move to service on-request. I'm moving to cutting on request, and they've earned a lifetime customer.

Everything went great, with no surprises. I dealt 100% with Alysia, from start to finish. She answered the phone and quickly booked an estimate appointment for me. Then she did the estimate herself and booked a date that worked with our moving schedule. To my surprise, Alysia knocked on the door on the date of service and was part of the crew that worked on our home. She was a great communicator the whole way, and we were so pleased with the work the team did that our only regret is that we didn't hire them years ago.

They carried out a big clean up for us last year and we were very happy with their work. They also do every other week mowing and trimming for us. They have been responsive, bill quickly and easy to work with. I received a reminder email about service this Spring. As a procrastinator, I really appreciated the gentle reminder and quickly got on their schedule. They do a thorough, professional job.
