Had just bought full groceries and placed in the fridge on a Saturday afternoon; on Sunday morning realized that the fridge was not as cold as usual and the ice in the icemaker had begun a slow drip from melting.  After trying my own 'limited' troubleshooting, unplugging/replugging it and making other adjustments throughout the day to no avail, I decided to contact Mr. McCullough first thing Monday morning.  He was working on a job as we spoke and informed that he could be there afterwards within a certain timeframe and he arrived well within the time given.

After removing the food from the fridge and freezer hemade a thorough assessment of the problem and explained to me what the problem was.  He was able to promptly replace the problem part, made sure the setting were at factory standards and informed me that it should return to its' normal coldness by the next day and it did.  The fridge has been working fine since then.

Placed call. He came out the next day replaced ice maker, fixed hood and removed part from dishwasher. Said he would have to order part and would take a few days. I offered payment on work already completed and he said wait and pay all ay once. 
The next day I received call that part was in. Mr McCullough said he could come that afternoon and replace it.
He did.
Overall, it was a very quick, efficient and professional experience. Would definitely call him again for appliance repair issues.

Mr. McCullough arrived promptly, had all the equipment that he needed and went right to work on removing the oven door, taking it apart and reattaching the handle. Next we went to the laundry where he first checked to be sure the washer was sitting solidly on the floor. He then removed the lower front panel, put the washer in the spin cycle and checked all the moving parts. He couldn't find any problem with the washer. All parts were working, not sticking or broken. He made some suggestions that we might consider under the house to reinforce the floor beams. We will be addressing this problem shortly. We were very pleased from start to finish with his service and attitude and would recommend him to others.

It went very well. He came when he said he would, checked the dryer and realized it was not the problem, and billed us only for his time since he did not do any repair work. He told us that we needed to get the air ducts cleaned and the approximate price he thought we should pay, but he did not recommend any particular air duct cleaner.

Charged $120 to fix a broken latch switch on a dryer and then charged $100 to look at a newer Maytag stove that had a fault code and non-working oven. He told me the problem was the control board, which I ordered for $250 and it didn't fix the problem. He told me he didn't know what else it could be so I had to end up throwing away the stove.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND SKILLFUL AT HIS JOB. I LIKED HOW HE GAVE US ADVICE ABOUT THE WASHING MACHINE ALSO.
