Tim did a fantastic job on replacing the screen while I waited.  He did ask me if I was sure I wanted it replaced or if I had insurance.  It is a work phone and work wanted to pay to get it replaced.  In other words, he was implying why not just get another phone.  Honest person, good work, strongly recommend.

I did just what Tim told me to do and they did fix my phone for free. I had to wait less than 2 hours and got my phone back at the end of that time.
Tim was very knowledgable and thorough. He actually listened to me, asked me questions so he felt sure he knew how to help me, and gave information that no one, not even the Apple people (that I talked to on the phone) seemed to know. He spent a fair amount of time with me, not trying to rush me but actually making sure he understood the problem I had, and then explaining how I should go about getting it fixed. He did not charge me anything for his time.
Because of him, I got my phone fixed for free. He is honest and because of his knowledge, honesty, fairness, and how he treated me over the phone, I will bring all my business to him in the future, and I have quite a bit of older tech that need repairs! I will also recommend him to my family and friends.

Very easy, I walked in asked for a price, gave him the phone and Tim fixed it. It took all of 10 minutes. Everywhere else I was being charged 85+ and had to leave my phone for 2 days.
