I would NOT recommend K.N.M. General Contracting. He's a fraud and practices a "Ponzi" scheme type of general contracting business. I hired him in April 2015, to rebuild my house after a house fire, and he abandoned the job in June 2016 when the exterior of the house was still exposed and not “closed in.” He lied about building code requirements that were never needed according to the building inspectors, and he was paid for work that was never done. Both equated to an out of pocket expense of approximately $100k. It is now in 2018 that I finally finished the house after I hired another contractor to first fix what K.N.M. had done wrong and then to finally complete the project. Once I get the funds, I plan to hire a lawyer and to take K.N.M. to court. In the meantime, beware of K.N.M.’s “Ponzi” scheme type of general contracting business practices.
