Chris is an outstanding rental agent. As a renter, he was always very punctual with his replies and responses to any issues that arose. In addition, he's very professional and sends me the bills on-time and with plenty of opportunity to pay the balance. My place was exceptionally clean when I moved in, and everything looked great. He's super-friendly and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend Chris!

Christopher Williams provided us excellent service. We are out-of-town investment buyers, and he was absolutely essential in guiding us through the purchase process from evaluating neighborhoods to closing the deal. His honesty, responsiveness and attention to detail gave us full confidence to even purchase the second townhouse sight-unseen from Maryland based on his advice - and his careful detail of every aspect of the deal, including photos, comps, research on the community, etc. After the purchases, we hired Christopher to manage both properties. He had them under contract in less than a month each and is thoroughly professional in attending to every need. I have full confidence that Christopher is looking after the properties and keeping us in the loop at all times. Maximum stars! It's hard to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Agent Williams has been very professional and helpful with the renting process. He really takes his time to get to know his tenants and makes sure they are the right fit for his property. That made me feel very safe going in. He breaks everything down on what you'll be getting with your rental, the rental agreement and  and is very generous. The units in the building were renovated right before I moved in and everything is awesome, he put a lot of thought into the space.  Paying rent and the water bill is super easy. He works with what is best for you and is very accommodating. I haven't really had any maintenance issues. A sliding door came off the track and he offered to fix it right away and I haven't had a problem with it since.

Chris was great!  Our kids, except for our 2yr old, moved out of the house for college and we wanted to downsize our house.  He found us a buyer within about a month.  We closed by the following month, which made things easier for us.  What I liked best about him was that when we were trying to do our own moving and were running behind on our packing, he volunteered to come the morning of the closing to help us pack our kitchen.  Otherwise, we would not have been able to be out the house on time before closing.  We ended up calling him again to buy our new house later that year after our lease was up.  My husband knew him from the same US Army Reserve unit, where they worked together, so we had full trust in him from the start and knew he was dependable.

Great company and great agent.  Chris made the process run smoother.

It was intimidating but Chris made the process easy.  He explained the details of the transaction so that I could understand easily without having the legal terms confusing me. He has a military background and coordinated the closing with the precision needed for a complex operation and made the process seamless.   I felt that he was up to date on the city and county rules and helped me work with my lender.  He also had good contacts in the area for information I needed for home repairs and such.
