I was referred to Kay Stephenson, Realtor by a friend. As a first time homebuyer and being new to the area, Kay was amazing. She helped me find my perfect home, after 7 months of looking. Kay is a Durham native and seems to know everyone in the area. She has experience in appraisal as well. Her organization and follow through were great! She made the whole process go smoothly and really had my best interest in mind. She has checked in on me after purchasing the home and is always willing to help. I would definitly recommend her to any friend or family member.
