Julian saved our house sale and our minds!!! Never did we think we would have so many challenges with our house that are out of the ordinary and Julian's professionalism and compassion for what we were going through truly set him apart from any other realtor I have ever worked with. It was more than the usual services you expect like communication with the other realtor, inspector, service people etc. It was the assistance in helping us with each obstacle we faced and the fact that he called back in an incredible timely manner that we felt a true partnership. I am going to actively look for people who are looking for an extraordinary realtor so I can take his business card out of my wallet  that I carry all the time and recommend him knowing I have done someone a great favor !!!!!!!

Julian is the best at what he does, plain and simple. He was one of the first people we met when moving to North Carolina. He not only become our realtor but also a good friend. We had no clue where to look for a home and Julian took us by the hand and led us to the right area for our situation. When the time came for us to sell our home, we knew exactly who to call. Julian guided me through the process of purchasing a home. He skillfully negotiated a deal with the seller despite the seller's realtor being very difficult to work with. He recommended and scheduled all inspectors and advocated for me when necessary. He was very reassuring throughout the entire process and patiently answered all my questions. He is a very knowledgeable professional who I will definitely call when I am ready to sell.
