In the very beginning, Jesus was very nice and seemed quite eager to do the work which he said would take only a week but ended up taking 6. He would say he would be there to work on certain days and not show up. We had a list of items that we went through and agreed upon that he would complete, but then suddenly he started saying that these items were extra even though they were on the list. I am fairly sure that he did something to the electrical system in the house that shorted out my fuse box and now 75% of my house has no electricity. All the tasks that he did were not fully completed - like no sealant on the tile grout, he didn't sand the sheetrock mud and was messy - getting mud onto lights and coverplates. He seemed quite pleasant but got very nasty when I tried to tie him to a schedule and questioned the "wiggle room" he needed for the original price that he gave me for the work.
Description of Work: Removed tile from bathroom, put new tile on floor and tub surround, removed window and replaced with glass bricks, changed out interior lights, replaced 2x4's that were rotten, made a peek through window in the wall from kitchen to living room
