They were responsive and came up with a plan that met the criteria and constraints I laid out.  The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself, and showed me how to work the system.  They even adjusted on the spot to include a piece of equipment not originally in the design. 

Integrated Audio has been a great help in meeting my needs for home theater since moving to the area late last summer. As the owner of a new home and in a new region, I was having difficulty finding a home theater company that I could trust with protecting the integrity of my home while also meeting my needs. Many and quot;companiesand quot; that do home theater service are individuals that may or may not have extensive experience with installations. With Integrated Audio, our needs were more than met - their representative, Tom, did a home visit and made very reasonable recommendations for how to proceed with equipment and installation. From there, the process was seamless - installers worked over two days and were experienced, professional and met our needs. A very professional company that cares about its customers and had has excellent responsiveness. We would not hesitate to use them for any of our future needs.

They showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. They made themselves available to me by phone. They came out several times to make sure things were working properly. I am very pleased with their service and the system. They provided excellent service before and after the sale.

It must have been in February that I used them. They did an excellent job. They came immediately and did an excellent job hooking it up. They explained to me how it works and said I could call back anytime if I have a problem or if I didn't understand how it worked. Unfortunately the first time they came out the receiver was defective that I had gotten from another service provider and I had to take it back. Integrated Audio wrote me a letter to try and get that provider to pay for their visit because they had given a defective receiver. The other provider wouldn't do that because that's their policy. I took the receiver back to them; got another one and it went right in just fine. They got it hooked up so they were out here twice. They were really nice and a great company. I forget the amount I paid because it was many months ago and I shredded the bill. It wasn't something done right there on the spot the first time because I had to go back. They were fine, from the phone call till the end. I was happy to find them.

We started doing business with this company in 2006 for our office. They were VERY professional and thought through every process of our technologies to install everything we needed "just in case". The wires were there when we upgraded later, as recommended by Brian. Their attention to detail was well above our expectation. Due to our good experience, we decided to use their services for our home. They were by far the best bid and did everything we hoped for and more. It is amazing how much smoother life is with integration and look forward to our next project with this company!
