 + -1 moreBrent provided a report for the home that was to NC standards, and then provided additional detail about the home when I inquired, as I could not be present during the inspection. He also offered to come back out to our home after I found items wrong with the house after we moved in. I was glad to speak with him and appreciated his willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
Description of Work: Brent came recommended from the realtor since we did not know anyone in the area. He was to provide a home inspection and thorough report for a home we intended to purchase. Items noted in the report would be requested to be repaired by the Seller.
