Mike responded quickly to my phone call. I told him we just had a few things that needed to be done and I didn't think a separate trip for an estimate was necessary. We scheduled a time and Mike called about 1/2 hour prior to his arrival which was about 10 minutes earlier than what we had scheduled. Mike was very professional, we took a look at what needed to be done and he got to work. All was done in under 2 hours, including the drive time from the time he called until he arrived (I didn't realize I would be charged for travel time). While Mike was here I found that my garage door opener was not working. Mike took a quick look at it and determined the problem was not with the power which I appreciated. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service. Mike answered the questions I had in a way I could understand.

Very prompt and professional. Turned out to be a very expensive visit to replace a $1.25 switch, however, due to their fixed $125 service charge. He provided some additional value by giving me a 5min electrician's lesson before leaving, which I appreciated.

When I called to set up a time for them to come, they said they'd be there the next day at 10 am. I got a call the next morning at 9 am, they said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. They worked efficiently, acted professionally, and fixed the problem.

They were good. They were friendly and on time and saved us money which really helped us out. I would for sure recommend to other people, and would be the first call I would make for this kind of service.

I called Holt yesterday. They made an appointment at 1PM today, but said that they would call before coming just in case. I returned home at 11:45 AM and had a message stating that they were running ahead of schedule; they could come early if it worked for me. I called them back and they said that they were finishing with another project and would be by within 15 minutes. They arrived within 15 minutes and had it fixed within a half an hour. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

The project took three days from start to finish to complete. They only had to turn off our power for a few hours each day, and told us when they'd have to do it, which was convenient.

Mike and his assistant came by around noon on the first day and ran all the wiring and installed the sub-panel. The second day consisted of the installation of the light and the new circuits. They finished up around 2pm.

This was an excellent experience. Everything Mike he said he would do, he did in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism. He was even 15 minutes when coming to give the estimate, which helped me get to work on time. He sent the estimate when he said he would, and the work order was scheduled the next week. He and his staff showed up on time both days. When the work was completed, Mike took time to explain everything that was done. We were charged exactly the estimate.

Mike responded to my initial phone call, explained his fee and estimated the time he thought it would take to complete the job. He scheduled an appointment within a few days and he completed the job within the hour that he'd estimated. He seems to be an experienced and very competent troubleshooter.

They did a great job and were very professional and were very responsive. They came out quickly to give the estimate, supplied it via email the same day. They scheduled the work quickly, came out on time, were very courteous, and professional. They did a great job and will have them do work for us in the future.

THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND CONDUCTED THEMSELVES WELL. THEY WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY, AND THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESSES. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME AND FINISHED ON TIME.
