They were very thorough in their packing. They worked around my dates and time. They did a good job with storing my stuff. It was a good job overall. I have used them several times.

They are part of United and I had used one of their companies previously and was happy with the work. I liked that they were local. They were $200 more but I thought it was worth it. The salesperson said they would be padding the door to prevent any nicks and it was not. I was also surprised that the furniture was not wrapped in any way; they brought it into the house unwrapped. There was one dent in one of the chairs. They were punctual and were able to meet my deadline. They said they would give me a discount and I didn't feel they gave me that. They told me ten percent but then they added extra charges so it didn't seem like a discount. They ended up contracting the work but they provided me a level of service which I paid $200 extra for because they had a higher level of replacement insurance if there had been damage.

I had used this company in the past (can't remember which move), but was please to see their ratings so used them agaim to move me from storage into my new home. They did a great job: nothing broken or damaged, arrived on time, and completed the job in fewer hours than estimated. Hard to ask for more.

Overall, the service went well. They were very friendly and thorough in their packing. Nothing was broken which was good. They even put some things in storage for us as well as taking items to our apartment.
