Healing Waters Day Spa - Durham

Both times I had contact with the spa, the staff were arrogant, disinterested, and unprofessional. I was so surprised! I found it so unprofessional that I chose to have the service done elsewhere. I spend a fair amount of money on spa treatments every year and tried this place because they offer a service my normal spa does not. The experience was so negative that I would not return to this business.

I have been going to Healing Waters for years and no matter who I get, they are awesome! Really. Best massages around. you won't be disappointed.

It was relaxing and fun! I received a microderm and my face looked so much better when I left. I am going back for a facial this week.

I've had three different massage therapists here over the years and all were great. Very professional, capable, and the results were fabulous!

They are fantastic. The staff is very professional. They do an excellent. I've had facials done there. I've had Botox done there. They're amazing. They offer wonderful deals for loyalty programs. You can build points to get free services. It's excellent. I think they're doing real well right now. They're in the process of expanding. They're going to have plastic surgery. The office environment is fantastic. After every service, you get an email within 30 minutes to complete a survey. They follow-up on how things are going.

My wife swears by them. She gets a lot of upper back stress. They are really very personable and very willing to work with our schedule to fit her in. She found one masseur that she really likes. They will try and work with her and accommodate her. She also went to them when she was pregnant and they were more than willing to accommodate that condition and they took care of her. It is that type of service. We were able to purchase massages in advance and they have honored that even as their prices have changed and they haven't penalized us. They just really keep close tabs on our credits to make sure we got everything we paid for even when we were confused. The staff is very nice. The entrance lobby is a little small and is not a place that we can come and hang out if we come early for our appointment. They do have a place in the back, so if we are early for our appointment we can hang out there and relax.

Over all from making the appointment through changing into plush robes, enjoying the massage to checking out was worth every penny.
