From the beginning, this was an excellent experience. I spoke with Rick Hamlett and discussed the replacement of all windows in the house, and he delivered an estimate which is several thousand dollars less than the nearest bid, and this was with better windows than some competitors. The crew took exactly the amount of time expected and was experienced, hard-working, and polite. The windows fit like a glove and all 20+ windows were initially installed on the first day.  The team worked the rest of the week installing the insulation and trim.  We couldn't be happier with the result.  The windows look beautifully and absolutely professionally done. Each window, including, trim, and caulking, was checked and rechecked to ensure that they were done to perfection.  All trash was hauled away including even any nails and small shards of wood. In addition, there were a couple of other things I asked them to do around the house which they took on with minimal charge.  We have other work that we'll perform in the future and our first call will be to Hamlett Builders.  I highly recommend them for replacement of windows.
