Haley Hahn Home Solutions (Mildew Magic) took precautions to avoid collateral damage to landscape plants. They adjusted their contract so that I paid for only the service I needed (e.g. only the shady side of the house had problems, so I didn't need to have the entire house treated). They use a low-pressure system to apply the product, not a high-pressure power washer, to avoid problems with the shingle warranty. Can't comment on price because I didn't gather competing bids, so I have nothing by which to compare the price.

It went great! It was the first time I'd used them and I would definitely use them again. The work looks really excellent and they took a lot of care. They cleaned up the mess and honored their estimate (which we were really happy with). He was extremely knowledgeable!

We've had no problems (that we know of) with the system ever since they installed it. It was a pretty positive experience. We saw them at a homeshow and wanted to use them over their competitors. I'd definitely use them again in the future if I needed it.
