Went well. We later purchased windows for another house from Gerald Jones.

They did a fantastic job which led us to purchase two additional entry door replacements, a storm door replacement along with decorative design under the windows. I actually wrote a letter to the local paper regarding the great work that this provider had done.

I am pleased with the service I’ve received from the Gerald Jones Company. Todd, their salesman, arrived on time and is professional. Andy, one of the company’s installers, is very meticulous, polite, and professional. When I had issues with some of the replacement windows, they honored the warranty and repaired or replaced them.

Great. Lots of attention to detail. We were so happy that we have used Gerald Jones on several other projects. We have even used Gerald Jones to correct the work of other installers. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the material, the workmanship and the integrity of Gerald Jones.

We spent about $2000 or $3000 for their services. They did the work. They tried to make sure that we were happy, but we really had to stay on them. Some of their workmanship wasn't that good. We had to call them and we asked them to redo a couple of things. I would probably not use them again.

Excellent---on all occasions. They are prompt, professional and the quality of their merchandise is wonderful. They're expensive----but well worth it. I never had any problem with them, they stand by the quality their work and their materials, they're a pleasure to work with.

After talking with many of our neighbors in Homestead Heights, we found that they all felt the same way. The original owners of Gerald Jones did great work and the prices were fair, BUT since Todd Mann has taken the helm, it has changed dramatically and for the worst. I could not in good conscience recommend this company to any one for anything. If you decided to go with them, you will have problems, and resolving them will be a bad experience on top of that. I highly recommend you seek out another company. Do not be lured in by charm thinking your going to get honest, good work. We paid a premium price and paid in full before the work was done, they delayed our install by weeks and to date have not treated us with respect or shown the professional courtesy that should have been at this level of pricing and this type of work. Buyer Beware.

Punctual. Professional and a thorough job. Always receptive to answering my questions.

The thing that stood out the most is that I had asked for 5' downspouts and they came out very punctually to do the gutters. They were very professional, but they forgot to put the downspouts on. When I discovered that I called Gerald Jones immediately and he not only came out the same day to put on the downspouts, but he also extended the feet out from my house without costing anymore money. After that was done the head of the company called me to to make sure that everything was ok and he apologized profusely.

I would recommend them to my friends. I would use them again in the future.
