Footprints Floors of Durham, Winston-Salem, and Concord

They have scheduled commencement 3 times and Have not started the work yet Right now they told us they will start on Monday October 2 2023. Lets see if they start or delay again

I am very impressed by the sales rep and the installers. The project turned out very well and on budget.

They were very prompt in response and got me on the schedule within two weeks.

not happy with the experience

A person came out and we picked out plank flooring for two bathrooms. He came back and picked up the deposit . Noone called back to schedule us so l called and found that the salesman had quit and they were unaware of us. I will call back again today.

Do not hire this company. I paid 50% up front for flooring project and still have no flooring done. Extremely poor communication skills. I have sent multiple text messages and emails with no response. It is like this company fell off the face of the earth. When they did respond one time they said they would call to set up a day. My original day of installation was January 10th and it is now February and I still have no floor!!! DO NOT HIRE!

Hubby and I are very pleased with how the refinishing of the pine hardwood floor turned out.

The installer started the work within 10 days of my excepting the estimate. The work was professionally done in one day and the area was left cleaned up. I would rehire the company, and I would recommend them To others. Job very well done!

The floors came out amazing! Very pleased with the craftsmanship. We canâ t find a bad gap or poorly laid board. Rob the owner kept us informed since we vacated the house and went to the beach during install. He even sent pictures!

Friendly, professional, and great install job

We installed luxury vinyl flooring though out our entire house before Thanksgiving. I was so pleased that Rob was able to start the job earlier than he had originally scheduled. I was eager to have it completed before the holidays. I had also checked with Lowes Home Improvements and we would be lucky to have them start this job before Christmas. I was a little apprehensive using a smaller company but Rob knows flooring. I was impressed by his knowledge and his expertise. It was apparent that he cares about his work. This was huge project involving removing furniture, old carpet and tile in a 2800 sq ft, 2 story house. Rob's crew did a great job installing the new flooring. We helped with the furniture removal but the crew worked long hours to complete this project. We had a few hang ups including not being able to get the vinyl for the steps but Rob refinished the existing hardwoods and made them look fantastic. I will definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a reliable company. I believe Rob is a stand up guy and will stand behind his work. I could tell that he takes pride in his company.

This was a great experience overall. Our job was a wood floor refinish and repair in the living room and hallway of our 60-year-old ranch. I was contacted the same day as my info request, and Rob was onsite within a couple of days for an inspection and same-day estimate! Footprints Floors worked around our schedule, maintained communication, and kept us informed of status and timing. The work was top-notch, and they were able to sand-out years of pet stains and seamlessly replace water-damaged boards with beautiful results. We're very happy with the outcome and value for the money.

FootPrints Floors: North Carolina: Kudos to Rob and his professional crew of floor installers. These are Professionals who take pride in their work. Luxury vinyl floors were installed (four bedrooms, loft and stairs) and carpeting was removed. The crew and the owner were respectful and very kind throughout the 4 day process. We have lots of heavy furniture and had packed up about 40 boxes of books, clothes, etc which the installers moved and put back in place after floors were finished. The two installers worked diligently . Once carpeting was removed, the floors required lots of sanding. The installers cleaned the floors and wiped down the furniture that was covered by the dust from sanding the floors. They went beyond expectations and did extras without charging me. We have received so so many compliments on the outcome of our floors. We did 4 estimates with 4 different companies. We made the right choice ( thank you Lord Jesus) for guiding our decision to select :”FOOTPRINTS FLOORS” :WInston Salem , NC. The price was fair for this area. If you need to have new floors installed: You should go with FootPrints Floors, they use Shaw quality flooring; Large selection of options for laminate, luxury vinyl, hardwoods, etc. We went with luxury vinyl flooring: you can mop it and it looks just like “wood”.
