As first time homebuyers, we didn't know anything the process of buying a home or what to look for. Shani talked us through everything to look for and what to avoid as we looked at A LOT of houses in Durham & Creedmoor. When we decided that we were going to build a house we thought everything was fine until the appraisal came back. Shani stuck by our side and was determined to have us in a house that we wanted and deserved. Needless to say, we closed on our home on 7/15 and we couldn't be happier!
