So many good things to say about First Security Service, but by far the best is the ability to have a contract-free home alarm system and the great customer service. I have accidentally set off the alarm before and the monitoring service calls immediately and is very understanding and helpful.

The workmen themselves were very helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman did try to sell me something I didn't necessarily need; it's unclear if this was because he just assumed I would need it or if he was just trying to make the sale. The salesman gave me a 10% Angie's List discount, even though he had never heard of Angie's List before I told him about it.

THEY DID THE JOB AND IT WAS FINE. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT IT DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING IT BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD AN PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. THEY GAVE US THE INFORMATION AND EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED IN THE SYSTEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM.
