Veterinarians, Dry Cleaning Service
Eno animal hospital charges outrageous prices for teeth cleaning. Sabrina the vet and staff are not transparent . They gave me a price range of 250 to 800 for tooth cleaning. I received a call today to say every thing went ok but no mention of tooth extraction until I got the office to pick up my dog .... only to be told it's 524. Outrageous price for a tooth cleaning . I am sorry I did not follow my gut instinct and go to carver animal hospital where they are more transparent and will let you know cost before procedure and will contact you if they are doing a tooth extraction and let you know the additional cost. I am also unhappy that I only get a diagram but no proof as to the tooth extraction . Very unhappy that when I asked to speak to the vet Sabrina .. she never came out to address my concerns. They only care about ripping me off so never again lesson learned

I had them fixed and had them de-clogged so they have to stay inside the house and the one thing that really impressed me and I've had animals for a long time she kept them two nights in a row instead of just one night and I'm like oh darn I've had a vet to do that and I've had dogs for most of my adult life and whenever I would go and get them fixed the vet that I went to at that time would just keep them over night but she keeps them two nights to make sure that they are not in any pain. I'm like I have never seen that and she didn't charge me a whole lot, she was very reasonable. I walked in the door checked in and walked straight back into the exam room I didn't wait. Anybody who can get my female cat to relax and that cat was purring, I was sitting there going are you sure your my cat, she handle these cats very well. This woman I would highly recommend and they have have an App that you can go on and you can read your animal reports you can set up your appointments you can get advise and then they also during good weather they also advise you to bring your dog out on hikes at least once a month.

We have three pets and they all go there. We love them. They were great. The prices were reasonable.

I really like them. They seem really straight forward. Their billing seemed really reasonable. It's just that we have not been going to different vet that was a little bit fancier and I just wanted something that was more straightforward. We chose them because they're much more and ldquo;low key vetand rdquo;. Their office is not necessarily as nice and everything is a little bit more low key so it does not seem to look nice but everything ends up working out just fine.

They are pretty expensive. I haven't had a lot of experience with animal hospitals.

Everything went extremely well. I called last week for an appointment for our 15 year old german shepard/retreiver mix.
When we arrived for check in we were greeted warmly. Teddy was skitish walking on the floor She was handled very gently, and she was allowed to lay on the floor in the exam room as she got her shots, had her blood taken, and had her temperature taken. When Dr. Reams came in to do the actual exam she talked with us to see if we had any concerns, she paid attention to the sheet we have explaining what Teddy is fed throughout the week (and she commented on it being nice idea and she remebered my father bringing it each time which made me feel good) She examed Teddy and didn't make her stand up realizing Teddy was afraid to stand on the floor and a little nervous in general. Dr. Reams took time to explain the tests our dog was given. She talked with us as we were being checked out and made recommendations for continuing Teddy's care.
I only recently joined Angie's List or I would have posted before. My poodle was gravely ill earlier this year having as it turned out swallowed something he shouldn't have. EVERYONE we encountered at Eno Valley Animal hospital helped us and really cared. When I called them concerned because my dog was not acting like himself they waitied for me and saw to his care after hours. He had surgery the next day. I got calls from Dr. Reams during the day so I would know how things were going. Dr. Reams took care of him over the weekend, and called me Sunday morning so I could take him home. She was so kind and generous with her time and as usual explained everything thoroughly.
My father said on more than one occassion he wished he could find a Dr. who cared as much and was as thorough with his care as Dr. Reams was/is with Teddy. I whole heartedly recommend her and Eno Animal Hospital to anyone who has an animal family member they want to have EXCELLENT care!!!
