James is extremely organized, professional, and thorough. He is always available to answer questions and concerns. My emails, telephone calls, and texts are answered quickly. I learn something about the property management industry every time I talk to him. He is a wealth of knowledge and is more than willing to share. I will use him for our next vacancy for sure.

James was great! Every time I call he answers or returns my calls promptly. You feel that he truly cares about your situation and does everything necessary to help in a quick time frame with the utmost professionalism. He found a tenant for my condo within 2 weeks and also negotiated a great price for contract repairs. I now tell everyone I know to call him if they need a property manager.
