Eagle Water Systems of the Triangle Inc

My most recent contact with Cliff was a routine visit yesterday.  But several years ago, I had a terrible problem with my well.  Suddenly, my water was literally orange with rust.  I called Eagle Water as soon as I saw the water color and the sediment--and, needless to say, I was panicked.  Cliff came to the rescue either that day or the next.  
In the end, I had to spend  $5000 on a special filtration and cleaning system that now lives in my garage.  It was an expensive fix, to be sure, but it immediately solved the problem and ensured my peace of mind.  Cliff acquired the necessary equipment and installed everything within a day or two.  Moreover, he gave me some "magic" potion that removed all the rust stains from my bathroom fixtures.  I haven't had any problems since.
I know that Cliff's whole business burned down a couple of years ago.  Not only was the building lost, but the phone wiring needed to be fully reinstalled.  While the repairs were underway, Cliff had to rely on his cell phone, which couldn't accommodate the number of calls he was receiving.  As a result, it wasn't possible for people to reach him.  (I recall feeling frustrated myself.)  I don't know if the fire, and its attendant service issues, happened during the time that the other reviewer had such a negative experience with Eagle Water, but perhaps the business's total disruption (they also suffered a major burglary) accounts for the difference in our perceptions.

I reported this company to the BBB. The equipment they sell is average, and their business integrity is extremely questionable. They say they'll do one thing, and do something else. In other words, they will try to 'low-bid' to get your work, then tack on extra costs after you tell them the work isn't correct. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

THEY HAVE VERY NICE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. THEY GAVE ME NEXT DAY SERVICE. THEY WERE PREPARED WITH THE PARTS. IT TOOK THEM A HALF AN HOUR TO DO THE WORK. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
