I go to the Duke Waverly Place office and see Dr. Michael Richards. He and his staff are very caoable medical professionals. My feeling is that they know me and really care.

The office was clean and easy to find and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. However, once I had been taken back to a room and done the preliminary discussion/vitals with the nurse, I was told that it would be a half hour wait because the nurse practitioner was just going in to start a procedure on another patient. I had to bring my infant son with me to my appointment, and had I been told about the wait sooner, I would have opted to reschedule rather than sit and try to pacify a cranky baby for over a half hour in a small exam room. I felt as though I was expected to wait without question or objection and had to ask several times how much longer my wait would be. When I am due for another exam, I will be finding a new doctor's office.

Dr. Wang cared for me after my open heart surgery. His manner is very good and cares about his experience his patients. My experiences with him has been very good. Between him and my surgeon, they probably saved my life.
