Auto Tires
Good service, helpful representative. Did not care for the upselling of and quot;tire coverage policyand quot; or whatever it was, but all-in-all was a good experience. Would not not use them again, my next tire purchase will be most influenced by price/value/review/location as this one was.

I ordered 4 Michelin tires and the technician was helpful in informing about rebate. He set up appointment to get tires installed and car serviced. The day of appointment everything went smoothly, and tires installed fine. Technician was helpful and informed me that my spare tire was older than recommended, and exchanged my old spare for one of my four tires that were removed from the car.

I went into Discount Tire to check on the pricing and availability of the tires that I wanted. They did have the tires I wanted, but offered a similar style that they had in stock. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I came in, everything was ready for me and the whole thing took about 35 minutes.

The service was very good. They went out of their way to help find out what the problem was. The office is very nice and you can watch everything that is going on with your car. The service men were all very nice and knowledgeable.
