Dick Patton Realty Company Inc

I was referred to Dick Patton Realty by a friend that uses them for their own property. This person did mention that they were a small organization. I contacted them and they were professional but it seemed the business I was trying to give them was not a priority to them. I had to make several calls to get an inspection which took 2 weeks to get. It took an additional month just to receive the property management paperwork. That was unacceptable because if it takes this long to do simple tasks, what will happen when a tenant is not paying and the agency should be on taking the tenant to court and collecting rent? Did not use them to manage my property.
