I can't remember exactly the amount I paid. Bottom line, it was awful. Dell had a problem with laptops with their mother board, so a long line of their laptops have problems. All you have to do is get on line and key in your model and up they come, message after message after message. Where you plug in the power cord it snap off in the board. The board cost like $500 plus service plus shipping and they are telling people to take a hike. there is just unbelievable negativism on the internet over there. One guy I know asked to speak with a manager with their call center in India and he was yelled at. I would never buy another laptop from them, but maybe a desktop. I would probably not buy anything from them again.

THE COMPANY AND PRODUCT ARE FINE. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WHEN YOU CALL THEY ARE ALL FOREIGN SPEAKING AND YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM.

DELL WAS VERY PROMPT AT ARRIVING AT THE SPECIFIED TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY TRUTHFUL ON PRICING AND SATISFACTION. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, HOWEVER, THE MOTHERBOARD ISN'T RUNNING PROPERLY.
