I love that Deborah does her own cleaning; she doesn't provide a quote and then send someone else to do the work. I have found her to be extremely reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. She leaves our home sparkling despite having to work around our toddler's mess, and she is great with our senior dog. She's very personable and is great to work with!
