DAVE'S TOW-AWAY INC

A man from the company came to deliver my car. And instead of putting my car in the driveway he put it on the side walk/ ramp of my drive way. After he puts my car there I asked him can he put it all the way in my drive way because it was on the side walk and he said he can not do that and did not have the time. So I ran in the house to grab my phone so I can call his company and let them know that your employee is leaving my car on the side walk. The man that I talked to over the phone had a very mean attitude and told me no he is not going to move my car and that u better get somebody else to move it. And then he hung up the phone while I was be very polite and patient.

They did not reply, so after 2 days, we found someone else.

This company is an absolute joke. My son was in an accident and our insurance called them for the tow. After waiting an hour and a half he called to see where the truck was. When they picked up the phone he heard someone say "just tell them the truck is on the way" then they put him on hold. When they came back that's what they said and they were rude. After THREE HOURS the truck still had not arrived. At this point we called another company that showed up in five minutes. I called and asked why he had been waiting for three hours and the person on the phone LAUGHED, then said "welp its Friday and we are busy" I pushed back on three hours so he put me on hold and hung up. They are rude, lazy and unprofessional, I would never hire them again.

It was a great experience, especially given my circumstances surrounding the tow.

A little later than the 45 minute window AAA PROMISED but the politeness of the employees made the wait a non issue.

I recommend Dave's tow-away for anyone. They are very friendly and very professional. They are not an expensive businesses. I have used them plenty of times.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dave's Tow Away. Having your vehicle towed is never a fun situation to be in, but Larry my technician was great! He was so courteous and professional and he put my mind at ease as he carefully loaded my car and drove away. He understands what service should look like! I was so appreciative of all of his help.

They were helpful on the phone, came quickly, and delivered the car where requested.

I needed a jump start at RDU airport parking lot at 1-something AM. AAA dispatched Dave's Tow-Away, with an estimated arrival of 45-60 minutes. Greg showed up in 15 minutes! He got my car running quickly, and provided helpful maintenance advice. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and capable, and was a bright spot at the end of an otherwise terrible travel-day. I'd use their services again any time.

Equipment used is VERY secure. Driver was prompt, neat, courteous.
