Very thorough...great work

I hired this company for the job, not because they had the lowest bid, but he really seemed to know what he was talking about and grasped what I needed done in my yard. On the day of the job came out to do the job but did not have the equipment needed to complete the entire job. When the owner came out to do a quote he said that he had a basket truck. On the day of the job there wasnâ t a truck. They only did part of the job. But the trees I really wanted gone are still there. He said that he would come back out on another agreed upon day to finish. I called several times the day before the said date nothing, I called the day of and text no reply, the voicemail is full so I couldnâ t leave a message. I even called several days later still nothing. I am a little disappointed, the work they did do was great, and they were very friendly. I just wished they would have kept their word about the other part of the job. Business integrity is really a big thing for me, because I love doing business with small businesses but they let me down. I had such great hopes for them. So now I have to find another company.

Working with Da'Joneses Tree Removal Service to remove and trim trees in our back yard was the best experience we've had with anyone who has done any type of home repair or maintenance for us in Durham. Their services were extremely affordable, they were on time, and they were quick, efficient, and seemed to do the work safely. The owner, Damon, has years of experience, is a great person, and is friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend this local business to anyone in a heartbeat.

Damon was FANTASTIC to work with! His crew was also great. Damon was always the first to arrive and they last to leave. They all worked incredibly hard to do the best job they could for us. When Damon came for a consultation prior to hiring him, it was obvious that he was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. We feel that he gave us the best price and that he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. While we were getting other quotes he respected us and was quick to respond when we had questions. He checked in to see what we were wanting but never too much. We are so glad we decided to go with his company. This is such an excellent tree and stump removal company! I am a repeat customer, and I highly recommend. The service was very efficient, and they give a great pre-consultation as well. My trees and bushes were trimmed, and it provided safety (from old tree limbs) and a more clean and organized landscape at my home. Again, I highly recommend!

From top to bottom the service was exceptional. Mr. Jones and his crew were extremely nice, professional and exceptional to work with, and phenomenally hard working. The youngest member of the crew literally ran to get more work done. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend to anyone that needs his services. In fact, given how hard it can be to find great work, I wish that I could hire Mr. Jones and his group for every project.
